MyMichigan Health Connection

MyMichigan Health Connection is a self-funded health plan. It uses MyMichigan’s Clinically Integrated Network plus an extended network to cover you in Michigan and across the country.

MyMichigan uses this plan for its employee benefits, offering PPO and CDHP options.
